Happy Father's day!

We got out to see Grandma and Grandpa last Saturday night and had a very nice night and a good dinner. His Aunt Katie was there too, along with his cousin Saul. Saul has gotten big, and he is such a good boy. Calvin enjoyed seeing his Grandpa and wishing him a happy father's day. He was very impressed at how nice their yard looked, and how pretty the flowers are! He says thanks for the wrist rattle too!

Happy Father's day Grandpa!

Calvin is into soccer just like his mom is, and I am sure he will be a great player some day. He really enjoyed watching the world cup with Aunt Bridget and Aaron last weekend, and then on Friday morning with his Mom. If any of the brits are reading this he says he should have put a couple quid on the game last week, and feels good about the US chances going forward. However, we also found out that Calvin does not like beans, even if its just Mom that eats them...

We have been busy this last couple of weeks. We have had lots of visitors and we have gone out several times as a family. Calvin really enjoyed seeing his cousin Joseph and his Aunt Sara and Uncle Alex recently. Calvin was very glad to see Alex and to know that he made it home safely from his recent tour as a Marine.

Quack!

Grandma and Calvin!

Calvin got out to see his first concert (Michael Franti and Spearhead) followed by Grace Potter a couple of days later. He had his first significant wardrobe changeover, growing out of some of his newborn clothing, and into the 0-3 month outfits.

So Calvin cooked me some awesome chocolate chip pancakes Sunday morning. They were the best pancakes I have ever had (and homemade too!). Not only that I got to eat them in bed! He said that he did it all by himself, but I think he had some help from his really awesome Mom, but she would not confirm or deny my suspicions.

Calvin is very sad he has to go now, but we will be back soon with more pictures for you!
