Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas Everyone!

Here's Calvin getting excited for the upcoming holiday.

He's trying to crawl, but ends up rolling across the kitchen floor!

He thinks it's funny that he can get around without having to crawl.

The week before Christmas, Calvin and Mommy took a road trip to see Aunt Katie, Uncle Chuck, and his cousins Lily and Saul. We baked Christmas cookies, and decorated them. This is a tradition we will definitely have to expand upon next year! We had a lot of fun visiting.

Calvin loved seeing his Aunt Katie, and they spent some quality time together.

Everyone had a ball!

Calvin loved seeing his cousins too!

And Uncle Chuck, when he and their puppy, Timber, came home from ice fishing.

It was Calvin's first Christmas, and it was the best! We had such a great time opening presents, listening to Christmas music, and eating tons of good food.

Calvin helped put the star on top of our tree.

With a little help from Daddy, and then we were ready for Christmas.

Good morning Calvin, Santa has come!

Wow, look at all these bright packages!

Mmm, and yummy bows!

Why can't I eat that, Mom?

It's irresistible!

Calvin loved the all the wrapping paper and bows, and the toys that were inside them!

We had a great time looking at all of the new toys and books. Thank you everyone, for all of the great gifts that you sent for all of us!

Beep, beep!

What a great book!

In the afternoon, we went to the Mientka's for Christmas dinner.

Calvin pretended to be a reindeer and had a good time with Grandpa,

and hanging out with Aunt Anne and Aunt Bee and Aaron,

while sharing a few good laughs with Uncle Matt.

All in all, Calvin, Mommy, and Daddy had the best Christmas ever!

Our family grows on my birthday!

I have always wanted a Kitty of my own, and for my birthday this year,

Meghan adopted one from the animal shelter for me!

Hey Calvin, here comes somebody to play with you!

Its Nutter Butter, our new Kitty, coming to see you!

Calvin and Nutter Butter get along famously!

He fits right in to our family, and has made himself right at home!

On my birthday, we decided to get the Christmas card picture together,

with the tree, the cat, and of course, Calvin!

First, is this thing working?

Can we all fit in the picture?

A little too dark...

Thought we had it that time, but nooo...

There we go!

Merry Christmas everyone!

I got sent out to the photo store to pick up the prints and when I got back

to the house it seemed like there were a lot of cars in the parking lot! Hmmm...

Meghan had thrown me a surprise party!

My friend Mikey practicing for his new one coming in January!

Liam teaching Calvin how to table Dance! Go Liam!

Brian, Lora and Shayne hanging out!

Tom, Kiki, Matt, and Brian discussing how good the Pizza was! Yumm!

I can't even begin to say how good it was to see everyone come out for my birthday. Meghan worked really hard to make everything special, and she totally outdid herself. I know I had a great time, and was totally surprised! Somehow, I don't know how, I don't have any pictures of Bridget and Aaron there, but I know that they were a big help too, and it was great to see them there!

My Awesome Cousin!

We had a great Thanksgiving, and are very thankful for our family.

Calvin got to see his Aunt Sara, Uncle Alex, and Cousin Joseph for the holiday! Joseph just turned one years old,
Happy Birthday Joseph!!!

Isn't he adorable?

He and Calvin had a great time playing together! He was so glad that they visited us.

All of the East Coast Cousins were at Grandma and Grandpa's house for Thanksgiving! It was so much fun, with lots of yummy food and excitement!

It was very tricky to get everyone to look at the camera at one time! Lily did a good job of keeping her younger cousins in check though.

Everyone managed to stay in the chair, except Saul did fall out once... Luckily, all he needed was a hug from his Mom and he was ready to go.

Calvin can't wait to see his cousins again, so they can play! He will be seeing his West Coast Cousins in five weeks, and is very excited to see them too!

Calvin loves to eat!

Calvin has a great appetite, and eats three meals a day with some snacks in between. It took a while for his stomach to get used to solids, but he is doing pretty well with them now. We are practicing using a cup, but have a ways to go before he masters drinking out of one.

To help with some digestion 'issues', we tried prunes... Unfortunately, prunes turned out to be the only food he hasn't liked so far!

He prefers green beans, peas, and of course, squash.

He got more on his face then in his mouth this time!

Somehow he'll manage to dodge an incoming spoon and wear it instead.

Dinner's done for Calvin, and he waits in his saucer for us to finish up with ours.

He giggles and laughs as he plays Peek-a-boo!

Visit from Gee-Gee and Pop-Pop

Earlier this Month we were very happy to have Gee-Gee and Pop-Pop for a visit. Calvin had a great time playing with them, socializing, and showing them what a big boy he has grown into.

He can balance himself on his feet with the support of a table, or in this case, Daddy!

Everyone had such a good time!

Yippie!

Three generations of Ehle Men!

Gee-Gee and Pop-Pop brought some clothes and books, and a couple things that are still wrapped for christmas too!

And boy, does Calvin loves to hear stories!

Mom and Calvin enjoying a book together!

Calvin didn't want his visitors to go,

but he knows he'll see them soon!

Calvin tried on his new snow suit that Dad picked out for the first time too, getting ready to play in the snow.

Gotta love the faux fur collar!

Let it snow!
